We had afternoon tea at this Hotel on the weekend.Everything was nice but staff weren't very welcoming but we were quite busy chatting amongst ourselves to notice.I would come again as it wasn't very busy and was actually quite relaxing.The hotel however is not on Park Lane itself but some people may be confused.
