this hotel is a hive-type business hotel with almost no attention to guest. good rooms, no bathrooms - only showers, generic design and furniture. just a place to sleep. front desk personnel is not helpful - they just perform operations they had to perform. for example I came to business centre to print-out my boarding pass and printer wasn’t working.... excellent location conveniently placed between Kings Cross/Euston station. Big foyer, nicely refurbished under Pullman ownership. Front desk staff very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Rooms unusually big and spacious for a London hotel. Beds comfortable, room service prompt. Business meeting rooms have been updated and have great audio visual facilities. Buffet lunch very good. Will be back soon.
