We got a good deal for Deluxe rooms at the hotel. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, the beds especially. The bar is expensive but lively. Stayed here for 1 night, close to Shepherds Bush tube and Westfield shopping centre. Good sized room not so good being on the ground floor with people walking past. Bathroom clean, all of the staff encountered were helpful and friendly, overall nice hotel but nothing spectacular. More
