I stayed here last week with my family and we had a lovely stay. Warm welcome from the front desk staff, quick check-in , clean room and it is a great value hotel. We were not expecting much after reading reviews on tripadvisor but hotel amaze us . We will definetly stay again in future.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. The rooms smelt of damp! There was damp patches all over the carpets. The radiator leaked all over my friends clothes. Never again would I stay again in that Hotel. The staff barely spoke English. The shower never worked. The T.V reception was awful. The pillows where dirty. Overall the room was worse then staying in a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was always done but it was very small. It wasn't too far from the city centre but close to the subway station. The breakfast is poor. The staff is cool. Let the luggages for free in the hotel. Paid too much for what it is.

We booked this for a last minute tourist trip to London we had planned to take just before Christmas. We got a very good price for such a good location however there were major compromises. On arrival we checked in and everything went smoothly. The lobby is slightly outdated but it does the trick. From reading other reviews we knew... More

We knew that there was no elevator from other reviews. The steps were really steep and many up to the third floor were our room was. We asked for a room lower down and we got room 102. It faces the back garden, its quiet, more spacious than our room 304 and a bigger bathroom. breakfast consists of bread , butter... More

I really didn't intend to write a bad review as the staff were so friendly and helpful in this hotel, but when I arrived back from work at 10pm and my room hadn't been serviced and there were no staff left to then clean the room, I had to share my thoughts. If you can get this hotel for a... More

I really don't know why this hotel has so bad reviews. In my opinion you get a lot compared with what you pay. The rooms are fine, maybe not a 4star of course but they have everything: bed, wardrobe, mirror, telephone, tv, kettle and a bathroom with shower. Breakfast is also included end it isn't bad at all. Beside this... More
