The location was perfect as it's so close to the tube station. Staff couldnt be more helpful, in particular those from the meetings and events team. Lovely hotel with lots of character and great facilities. We have already enquired about availability on another date as we would most definitely use this hotel again.

Very conveniently situated: on the direct tube/underground line from Heathrow and within 1 minute walk of tube station. Right in the city center! Very helpful and friendly reception and other staff.
