“Good location, clean and spotless hotels. But...”

I agree with the good points that other visitors have mentioned. However, there are 2 points I would like to point out. 1. too thick carpets. “Perfect location”

The location of this hotel was great. I was in london for a long weekend. The tube station is four minutes walk away with popular museums 2 minutes walk away. “Lovely hotel”

Really lovely hotel with a nice chilled out feeling as you enter the lobby. Check in was quick and the reception team very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, coffee maker in the room and a good nights sleep !

“Showers are a health hazard and other disasters- You can do better”

Was very disappointed since I fell in the shower since no rubber mats were supplied. My daughter rushed to the front desk to get band aids,but unfortunately they could not find any. They tried to make us happy with a disabled room.The room's view was terrible. It was a brick wall!!!
