This hotel suffers, as do many others at this level, from small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. While I expect this to a degree, the Oliver Plaza seems to suffer more than others. I appreciate small bathrooms at this price point, but it would be nice to be able to actually turn around in your bathroom! Another problem with small... More

We had a twin room and stayed for three nights. The room was very small, but to be honest, I've stayed in smaller rooms in London! The room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were comfy and there were tea and coffee making facilties in the room. The location is terrific. Many sights are within walking distance, and anything... More

Booked 2 double rooms as both my sister and I wanted a room to ourselves. On arrival at 2.10pm - 10 minutes after check in opened, we were advised there were only twins available. The booking stated double not twin or double and had twin been an option, I would have booked another hotel!!!!!. We were advised breakfast would be... More

My partner and I visited this hotel during a weekend stay in London to attend a two day event in November 2011. We wanted a cheap, but clean and comfortable place and...we found it! This hotel is in the heart of Kensington, we never needed to take any tube during our stay as we could walk everywhere we needed to,... More

The room was very very small, we were 2 persons and there wasn't room to put our 2 bags. There wasn't soundproofing, since we could hear voices or even steps from outside during the night. The staff wasn't so kind!! And please be carefull, if you ask for any solution to go to your destination do not trust them if... More

Chose this hotel because of location (close to earl's court) and price (because i got a discounted price) but i think i could easily do better if i had more time to search. Very nice, clean and comfortable place. Kind and available people. We have spent 3 nights here with our 2 years old boy who had his baby cot included in the price:) very close to Earls Court tube station but in a very quiet street. There are many restaurants and little grocery shops in the area. Really great! More

The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size by European standards. The staff is friendly and helpful, the tube is near by, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk around in even at night. I hadn't stayed in the neighborhood before and it was great. The hotel was just off the main road and as others have commented, there are a good number of shops around for a morning coffee and newspaper and of course the tube.
