I would like to say that I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, me and my mum went for a weekend to London and it was enhanced by our stay here. Every member of staff we came in contact with, were friendly, happy and helpful! Would highly recommed breakfast too... Very Tasty.

Except for some area (bar, restaurant, exec lounge), the hotel looks old and the rooms would require to be refurbished. Service is ok, I guess that hotel is so busy that there is a limit to what the staff can do for their customers. Location is great: walking distance from Paddington and tube stations.

This hotel, in my opinion should not qualify as Hilton brand hotel, it is more of a 2.5 star hotel when you combine the room quality with the staff attitude. Staff rude, room furniture old and peeling off, and washroom ceiling paint peeling... The front desk was not helpful at all, even thu I was a Gold HHonors member.

My experience has been a disaster. The Sport Bar (pub) was extremely expensive more than 5 pounds per bottle of beer which is equivalent to 1/2 pint.
