An annual visit was taken last Sunday. The whole experience was exceptional. The service by nearly all foreign staff WAS amazing. So professional and caring, putting our lazy brits to shame!! We have just spent 3 blissful nights in The Landmark. The location is exceptionally convenient for the Heathrow Express and the proximity of the tube station to the hotel is equally attractive. Stayed over New Year. Hotel and its staff were faultless. Perfect rooms, and the view over the atrium was stunning. Well trained staff who dealt with everything efficiently - a blown bulb was fixed within 5 minutes. The Sunday Brunch is an amazing experience and the food was exceptional.
