Great location which due to hotel decor etc is not noisy when in room. The rooms are good sized modern clean & unlike a lot of hotels actually have enough sockets for you to use. Only downer is slow lift but other than that all staff polite clean helpful. Worth a stay

The service was very good, and the staff very sympathetic.Breakfast not so bad, but the staff very efficient. Unfortunately the room was very noisy, Noise from other rooms and especially from the street. The mattress was of poor quality.

“Brilliant location”

Weekend visit with friends. Wonderful location - convenient for walking to most major 'sights' and theatres. Staff extemely helpful and always smiling. Breakfast - good selection. Shaftesbury Avenue lively on Saturday evening and therefore a bit noisy - but nothing we weren't expecting. All in all a great choice for a city visit.
