This is a very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. The staff were all very helpful through my short stay. I had a "Club" room which was very nice, however the club lounge was a disappointment for breakfast, being simply too small to accommodate the number of guests trying to use it. Next time I'd use the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel has a large impressive foyer, elpful staff, comfortable clean rooms and breakfast buffet not to be missed. Across the street from the tube. Stayed 4 nights and were completely satisfied with the hotel, its' services and location.

The hotel is in a very good location just opposite the tube station. We stayed there fore 2 nights and it was ok - nothing to write home about, but a decent hotel in a nice and convenient area of London.

Stayed a few nights. Only downside was the smell of cigarettes in rooms and indeed was offered a smoking room, which I thought was illegal. Otherwise food was very good and rooms clean. Excellent location with taxis very easy on hand. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a great location. It's a minute walk to the tube. Harrod's is a couple of tube stops away. The staff is amazing, they want to please you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. I loved staying here and will stay here again and again.
