Actually this is a good hotel at great location if the price is not that high and not too crowded at breakfast hours. Should get breakfast early in the morning, best beetwen 06-06.30 am to avoid the long queue. The room, of course, is small like other hotels in London. Always have problem when using the keyroom card and had... More

Have reluctantly stayed at this hotel often when all other similar rated hotels in London have been full. In the past it had been at best OK. This week I was thoroughly disappointed and annoyed. I will not stay here again. My room was on the 19th floor. At about 1.00 am on my first night I was woken by... More

Stayed at the Holiday Inn as my favorite hotel the Crowne Plaza in Kensington was fully booked for my first two nights. It is an average hotel, nothing special and I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn for a long time due to the fact that I always thought it might be an average hotel, it was. The rooms were... More

Location, Location, Location. Perfectly situated and short walk to the tube. We stayed here for a week. Rooms were small but that was expected. Concierge was very helpful. Overall I would recommend. Enjoyed the pub on a few nights. Overall bar staff was good except for one bartender who wanted me to accept a beer that was all foam because... More

Decent hotel for a couple of nights. Reasonable size rooms, clean but due for a refurbishment. I liked the choice of one soft and one firm bed in the room. The reception staff was absolutely excellent - smiling, helpful and efficient. 2 min walk to Gloucester tube station and within easy walking distance of Hyde Park and many attractions. Ill... More

I've stayed at the Kensington Forum more times that I can remember so I have a good idea of the overall levels for most things in the hotel. Front Desk - I would struggle to think of when I've not been greeted with a smile or a welcome back. As a platinum member there is generally an upgrade waiting an... More

The location in Kensington is great, with a good selection of nearby bars and restaurants. For this reason the HI Kensington is recommended. The rooms however are a little poky, but clean, and overall nothing special. Goods for a short stay of a couple of days. One tip is try to avoid breakfast a peak time around 8am as there... More

By London standards rooms are good size. Staff are friendly and efficient. Pub on site is OK but there are better ones nearby. Breakfast busy if hotel is full during trade shows. Easy connection to Heathrow via picadilly line. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Although the room was extremely small (common in Europe), it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast fare, but good selection. Pub was fun and food okay. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Concierge was great! The location couldn't have been better. Very convenient to the underground (which was extremely easy to use) and... More

I like this hotel. It has all you need for a trip to London and is an excellent location with tube station nearby. Restaurant and pub on site are reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday in London.
