Major complaint is the quality of the room. The bed had a hole rivaling the Grand Canyon, and the plywood furniture was severely deteriorating. We pulled our twin beds apart and obviously it had been some time since that area had been cleaned. The bath/shower had someone else's hair in it. We asked to change rooms which was agreed Instantly.
