Considering the location the hotel was good value for money but the room was old and could need an update - especially the bed where I could feel all the springs. As always in London the rooms was small. There was no working heating system and it was below 0 outside but there was an electric heater in the room... More

Was confused with someone who recommended Park Lane hotel in London and ended up at the Mews when I should have booked at Park Lane Hilton. Looked impressive from photos but when we got there we were horrified. Cold rooms, mildew, dirty sheets, staff horrible, overall a night mare. Checked out the next morning after a cold and adventurous night.... More

I chose this hotel for a weekend break (2 nights) in central london for my husbands birthday. The location for me was key and I had looked at these reviews after I had booked (through lastmin.com) and how I wish I hadn't ignored them! We arrived and it looks nice from the outside, staff were quite unfriendly, but literally we... More

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I booked into this hotel for a romantic trip & it has ruined the relationship. The room was cold (I was given a oil heater which did not work). There was mould in the bathroom. The sheets were stained with gos knows what. I endured a passionlesss night & left. Thank you for ruining my chance... More

We chose this hotel due to its location and it appeared to be a lovely hotel to stay, but please do yourself a favour and cancel your reservation if you have already booked here. The exterior is lovely, but as you get closer to your room it goes down hill very fast. We started off in room 315 which was... More

I chose this hotel because it was the only one I could (barely) afford in a central location in London. It's close to the Green Park Underground station, which is particularly useful, and close to great shopping and visiting opportunities. But at 184 pounds per night (313 CAD per night), I really expected more. While the outside and the lobby... More

Looks promising on arrival - very pleasant exterior and close to some of the best hotels and restaurants in London. My room looked like it had recently been decorated (clean wallpaper and brilliant white ceilings) but the yellowed gloss on the doors and skirting boards hinted that it's been quite a few years since they last received a lick of... Do not stay here. My company booked me here thinking it was central and a good hotel. Correct on 1 count. Let me explain. Rude staff arrival, live with that. Pokey double room, bad. Tired furnishings, bad. Disgusting bathrooms, bad. A/c not working, bad. More

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is definitely not a 4-star hotel anymore. The carpet needs replacing, the mattresses are old, and the furniture and woodwork desperately need some TLC. If you are looking for a suite that you will spend a lot of time in during the day, this place is not for you. However, it was EXACTLY what... More
