The hotel is located great, and is easy to get to. Really nice staff. Clean and good rooms. How ever. English breakfast is 5£ extra. WiFi is 5£ for 3 hours. I' d deffinatly would stay here again, but ask for longer bed that time.

Not the best hotel in London but not the worst either. Clean bedrooms. Clean bathroms. Quiet location. Close to Queesway tube. A few good pubs close by. Kensington Gardens across the street. No real complaints except paid wifi.

Agree with the other reviewers. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms, however, are in need of repair. The beds were comfortable, but other than that it was worn. A/c was broken, window latch also. Bathroom was nice but small. It would be a 2 star in the States.
