This hotel defines customer service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world, for some reason this is the first time I have stayed at a Four Season. I am amazed. There is NOTHING this hotel can't do for you, the staff are smiling, welcoming. From now on, I will only stay at Four Seasons.

Stayed at the hotel several times and is always positively surprised about the service. The location is perfect with nice restaurants and shops in the area but also not far from tube/train station to travel into more central areas if desired.

Stayed here for one night while on business - location could not be better for Canary Wharf. From the second I walked in the door, the service from every member of staff I encountered was exceptional. The room itself was perfectly adequately appointed for a business hotel, however, the lack of any tea / coffee facilities was a little disappointing.
