This hotel is situated overlooking Hyde Park and is extremely luxurious considering I used Tesco clubcard vouchers to pay for our stay!! Downside is no parking...but there is a very good secure patrolled car park a minute's walk from the hotel so no onsite parking has no affect on your stay.

Great Hotel, nice location. I found all of the staff to be very friendly and professional when carrying out their duties. The Hotel itself is very nice and very well maintained, the food served is also very nice and very well presented. Thoroughly recommended

Met a supplier here for a breakfast meeting as they were flying back to the USA that day. Staff were ok, but not really attentive. Breakfast was average, nothing special for the price and hotel reputation.
