Flew in early and wanted something close to Portobella shopping area. We had a car but it was hard to drive anywhere and find parking. So we just ate at the hotel. It was really good. Had a nice breakfast and was on our way. Staff was nice, rooms were nice. There was a beautiful park across the street.

Although a Hilton branded hotel it certainly does not conform to Hilton hotel standards. This had to have the smallest rooms I have ever been in, ever, in a hotel. The room assigned upon arrival had scaffolding right outside the window with workers being able to look inside unless curtains were always drawn. Ideal for shops and west end of London; nice hotel but busy with many business folk; good reception staff - very attentive and pleasant; bar staff and restaurant staff during breakfast time could do with a customer service course; Rooms were very clean and sizeable with all the amenities; fabulous reception area and huge restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton London. Warm welcome on arrival.
