You couldn't ask for a more central hotel to stay in London. The service and staff are great. Spacious rooms (but a bit to warm.) Restaurant and bar are pricey but food is excellent and again the staff were wonderful. Best hotel we've stayed in in London.

Stayed here for 5 nights on points. GREAT location...1 minute walk from Green Park tube station...10 minute walk through Green Park to Buckingham Palace...used the grocery store at Green Park station many times for quick breakfasts...used the restaurant in the hotel twice, good but a touch pricey...rooms were clean, staff was professional...will definitely stay there again when we go back...

Stayed here again on a reward night and really can't fault it. We arrived about 2pm and were quickly checked in. The room had 2 double beds, was clean and tidy but has others have said the furniture is dark and dated. We think this adds to the charm! The bathroom, especially the shower does need updating.
