The hotel's website ONLY states that their fitness facility is under construction, not the whole hotel, which is misleading at best or a blatant lie at worst. This hotel used to cater for continental european guests and not all the rooms have been updated to instal enough UK electrical plugs. My room had been given a lick of paint but that's about it. Ideally located right behind Victoria Railway Station - we were met with warm cookies & a smile. The rooms had all been refurbished just a week ago & all the facilities were great. The staff there couldn't do enough for us and I would recommend for either business or family trips.

Very close to both Victoria Coach station and Victoria station, which was essencial to us. We will stay at this hotel again when we return to London for the following reasons: 1. Perfect convenient location next to Victoria Station 2. Great beds 3. FABULOUS showers 4. Great breakfast buffet-expensive $59 US for two but worth it.
