Really wanted to love this place, but it was the most uncomfortable hotel I have stayed at in recent memory, and I travel a great deal. Positive: Comfortable bed, high ceilings, tastefully decorated, great blackout curtains, convenient to Victoria Station Negatives: Bathroom is a disaster - no doors on shower=slippery, wet floor; a huge room but a teeny tiny sink... The room was clean and the staff was polite. There was so much tech in the room but for no clear purpose. Would've rather they made more space for my toiletries in the bathroom than put an electronic glass wall in my shower. Very expensive but maybe it's normal for London.

Selected this hotel based on price and location for one night on a weekend break. The gadgetry is obviously the USP they are going for perhaps to make up for the lack of space. It is complex and certainly wouldn't suit the technophobe. Why do you need a TV in the bathroom??? We went for one of the larger rooms... More

For what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel it was very disappointing, our room was adequate I wasn't expecting anything too big as I had read previous reviews, our room though had not been prepared properly there were no wine glasses provided with the mini bar drinks, the mini bar door had not been fully closed so all... Location is good - close to Victoria tube but far enough away from the bus station part of the neighbourhood. Check in was fine but staff were scruffy. We were escorted to our room by a member of staff who appeared to not know how the gadgets all worked, proceeded to tell us how much the bed cost, and handed... More

37 Eccleston Square is a great boutique hotel. Close to Victoria and near so much else by tube or foot. Staff were more than helpful especially as room was available as soon as we arrived in the morning. The room itself was great, bed amazing,y comfortable, the gadgets a lot if fun, but best if all the location was perfect,... More

From the minute I arrived at Ecclestone Square I was impressed! ... the door opened itself as I approached the steps ... The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful , the restaurant was superb and excellent value for money. The rooms ... yes they are small but for one person on business they are large enough ... the facilities in... More

I recently stayed at the Eccleston Square Hotel on a 6 day business trip. I must say, I was a little disappointed... On a positive and often overlooked note: It offers an incredibly good night's sleep (which is sufficient merit in itself). The room is equipped with a very comfortable (Hastens) bed and blackout curtains, offering you the chance to... More

My partner and I have just returned from a one night stay at Eccleston Square Hotel for our 4 year anniversary, and what an experience it was! We had booked a Queen Room, upon arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a King Suite with Balcony! We were shown up to our room and shown how to... More

I liked quite everything about this hotel. Just to name a few: The location a short walk from Victoria station, the super friendly and efficient staff, the beautiful interior design, the high-tech gadgets and the incredibly comfortable bed. Literally the only thing that needs improvement is the shower. It has no doors (leads to soaking floors) and too low pressure.
