Perhaps we were naïve having travelled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels but this was without a doubt the worst!. My wife and I were to attend an appointment at Buckingham Palace and hence needed somewhere central to stay, the only good thing about this hotel is its location. In all previous hotels we have stayed... More

The hotel is tiny and so are the rooms. Really, really tiny but you will find this at most hotels in London. The location is very good and well connected since there are two tube stations from 2 different lines just couple of blocks from the hotel. Its a very cosmopolite neighbourhood, just walking down the street you will hear... More

I booked a room with a double bed for myself and my daughter. The room was extremely narrow: lying in bed I could touch each wall with the tips of my fingers. The bed was hard, not just firm, so sleeping on it for 3 days gave me serious back pain. The bed was big enough for me and a... More

The location was really good, we found a whole street of restaurants and shops etc the last night that no staff had told us about. Only one member of the staff bothered to chat with us, not sure of his name but very friendly. The room was incredibly small but we expected that, but the bed was so incredibly squeaky... More

We spent 4 nights at this hotel while visiting the UK. The hotel is conveniently location .1 mile from the Queensway Tube Station and on the bus line. If you know how to use the tubes and buses there isn't anyplace you can't go to with ease. The hotel is also right across the street from Kendington Park, which is... More

This hotel was ideally located for a family trip to London. We were a block from the tube stop and bus stop and walking distance (although a long walk) from museums and Kensington Palace. We had the "family room" that has 3 double beds. This worked out great for our family of five (3 teenagers and parents). It is very... More

We recently stayed at this hotel while in London for a weekend trip. I had read a lot of the reviews before making the reservation, so we were aware of the issues such as space and noise. We booked a queen room, as it was all that was left, but I figured it would be a bit less cramped. We... More

Rooms were tiny with very small washrooms. A five person room was quite cozy for just two people. The room faced onto the back with a view of the hostel behind. Room was quite noisy. Hotel was generally clean with a good breakfast (just watch for the splashy coffee machine) and staff was friendly. Best part was Hyde park across... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. One of our rooms was located in the basement and the other on the 2nd floor. The room in the basement was quite noisy (some street noise, even though the street outside is not hugely active at night). Also, you could hear the people next door through the walls, and the doors... More

Great location short walk to multiple tube stations and a very short walk to Kensington Gardens. Small rooms but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was limited but decent. Best part of the hotel is the location.
