sorry to say....this place was terrible because of the smell. I could not recommend this place, nice people but room was not good, tv didn't work, breakfast was so so....interior needs some serious attention.

Terrible, terrible place. FILTHY DIRTY SMELLY . Dog hair, mystery stains and very heavy odours set the tone in this vile house. I have never written a review before but feel utterly shocked at the dreadful standard of this hole. I actually fled from here.

This small guest house has to be the best value in London. The position is unbeatable - next to a tube station, a bus straight to Oxford Street outside the door, and easy walking distance to Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road. very very bad hotel, noisy and smelly from the dogs they have, their garden is full of dog droppings, and the smell is everywhere, for sure they can improve on service and cleaning the place. will never stay there ever.
