This hotel was perfectly fine. I had meetings at a couple of locations around Hyde Park and this was in an ideal location. The room and en-suite was small, but perfectly adequate for one. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll probably use this hotel again.

Overall it was good but the staff in the reseption wasnt very friendly. Asked for a room with view but got a room on 1st floor with no view at all. Price is good. Location is good but everything around the hotel close very early.

A very attractive hotel whose staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly; nothing seemed to phase them. The shower unit was a little tight with little space to hang bath towels but the room overall was sizeable and comfortable. We thought there was space in the room's entry alcove that could have contained pegs for overcoats; perhaps even another chair.

Traditional, clean hotel with helpful staff in great location. My partner and I stayed at the Grand Royale for the first time this weekend and will definitely return, the rooms aren't huge but definitely comfortable and clean.
