This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel in the past year and we have received a complimentary upgrade every time (I still don't know what a standard room looks like!).

I had the Taste of Marrakech experience, which included an oriental massage followed by a relax in the steam room.

We used to live in London and enjoy travelling back to this amazing city.
We have found our perfect place to stay in London. This hotel offers large and well equipped rooms, the location is excellent and the staff very helpful.

Stayed here as part of our long holiday through Europe. It was the perfect place to finish an European holiday. The room was beautiful and everything was extremely comfortable.
