Stayed just after Xmas 2012 with my family taking advantage of a family room deal after Xmas. Immaculate and comfortable, really helpful and friendly staff happy to advise on transport and interact with the kids. Well appointed bar area(check what deals are on as they are reasonable). Rooms spotless and pleasantly decorated, all in all a super city centre stay.

Myself and my husband stayed here in december for 2 nights and as always the rooms are really clean and we sleep really well. The food was great we really like the breakfasts. :0) The the tube was 3 min walk away which was great. The staff were all really friendly.
