We have stayed in this hotel before and will do so again. It's not perfect but very very convenient, good value and the staff are pleasant. There is a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room. A good hotel for staying overnight to be near Bromptom Hospital Only met one member of staff who was very helpful. Breakfast was basic but nice and hot. It was nice to have it delivered to bedroom as you did not have to rush to shower and dress.

It was friendly, breakfast was lovely, location was superb, it was secure, quiet and as a lone business traveller I felt safe. I wqould recommend it and I would stay there again for future business or courses in thata area.

I stayed here as had to visit husband in royal brompton hospital. Excellent location for woman on her own just six minutes walk. Hotel clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Probably more like guest house but just what I needed.

Hotel is more akin to a guest house. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location only a few yards from South Kensington tube station and walking distance of Natural History museum etc. No lift many steps

Great location for the winter near Harrods, museums and Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland). Hotel is really as basic as it gets. Sleep and that's it. If you set your mind to that, it's a good stay. The pubs in the neighbourhood will help :-)
