“Very small room”

The hotel had a good location but the room was very small .we had to put the aircon unit on because it was very warm in the hotel but it did not work so we had to use a free standing fan as the the room got very stuffy.

As what i had summarized from the title.. Hotel staff were helpful & pleasant when we step into the hotel. We booked a Deluxe Double Room & the room was surprisingly small. “Small, Mouldy and Ants running around!”

I booked 3 nights and wish I hadn't. I was given a 'Club Room'. Incredibly small room and minute bathroom with that slight odour of mould from the tell tale spotted grouting between the tiles. “Unforgettable stay!!”

I was looking for a great place to propose my girlfriend during our visit to London and I asked hotel staff to do special treat for us. Believe they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.Club rooms are bigger in size and very posh in amenities.thank you guys for your support.

We have stayed in number of hotels in London and this is much better in terms of location and service.the rooms are lovely but small in size.the breakfast was superb and will be coming again to stay.best thing n that I must mentioned is the location and service.

We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly from the front desk to the breakfast servers. Sergio and Patya in the breakfast are exceptionally nice.
