We spent six nights at the Acton Town Hotel and found it to be pleasant. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the tube station is nearby. Yes, it's old and a bit run down, but as a place to sleep while exploring London it's fine. Will definitely go back. More

We were in room with so called bathroom; but really the sink was in the room, toilets with shower in another small room with kind a doors that you can't close propely.. the most vile disgusting dosshouse we have ever encountered. Everything from the decor, flooring to the walls were filthy and disgusting. Breakfast yughh, This building should be visited and closed down by the health authority. More

Yes this hotel is close to the tube and offers free parking but I was shocked at the state of the room! Broken lamp, mouldy ceiling, dust and cobwebs, ripped bedding combined with very noisy slamming doors and loud guests! Would I recommend NO :( More

What do you want in London at these value for money prices? Basic rooms but cosy, breakfast a little limited but service is nice, pleasant staff and this is a great base for touring London. It is right next to the underground on the Piccadilly line and very handy for everything! My partner and I had a lovely wekend! More
