We found the welcome very friendly and organised. Room was very neat and clean, a little small but it is London. Bus routes practically outside the hotel were very usefull. Breakfast was very very good, but we were told that this was moving to a buffet operation shortly,shame. Overall a handy location on the river and would stay here again. More

This hotel is 5 min walk from Westminster underground station. I left the hotel (while it was City Inn) with very good impressions.
