The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was perfect for me. Clean and tidy although the bathroom floor was a bit cold to the feet (I stayed in December) but that is my only complaint. The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants, the tube/train and bus station. I would definitely stay here again.

We just spent 10 days a the BW Victoria Palace and had a great time. It's conveniently located to Victoria Station which will get you around London easily. I'd just come from India, so know poor mattress, yet only 1 out of 6 were worse than the one I had here. Unacceptable for a "3*" 160$/night name brand hotel. Heat control was non existent, teeny bath - though thats par in London.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in the Annex across the street which does not have an elevator (lift), but staff helped get bags to our room. Free Wi-Fi and computer in lobby. Several Blocks walk from Victoria station (trains, buses and underground) with a couple good pubs nearby. Excellent value for several days visit.

First of all - the staff on arrival and departure were friendly and nice, our room was clean with enough space to move around and a reasonable bathroom.
