Was on congress in ExCel (www.ciscolivelondon.com) and stayed 4 days in the Crowne Plaza. Hotel was great. Nice room and very friendly and helpful employees. I was only eating breakfast there so I don't know anything about the dinner and the bar. Breakfast was great. I can really recommend this hotel. More

Booked through last minute. Got a good deal. However the room was dirty and clearly hadn't been dusted for a long time. The walls where so dusty you could write your name. Nice clean modern hotel with a swimming pool. Decent sized rooms with big TVs and comfy beds; everything new and shiny. Food average - the restaurant looks promising but the food is not special. The staff seem tired over-worked and dispirited. Took ages to check in and check out. More
