The room smelt, the towels were stained and the staff unfriendly. The place is not very well maintained. When we arrived we were not greetied with a friendly smile but asked for 'payment please' Breakfast is help yourself with limited choice.

a very, very small double room. Does Not resemble the one shown on the web site at all. Old Carpets not very clean. Poor breakfast. bad value for the money paid. I was visiting relatives in Eltham and looking for a place nearby but next time would rather travel longer and stay at a nicer place.

We had to find a place for our guests to stay for the weekend as we had organized an event. We stayed on one of the two nights and found it very clean, the bed was comfy and although the bathroom a bit small was fine for a short stay. Peter was very helpful and friendly.

It seems that they don't know what a vacuum cleaner is, the drawers of the closet were full of crumbs and insects "momified". The bed linen were stained in yellow, big holes in it.
