Staff were very friendly. The building was impressive. Room was a reasonable size, bed comfortable. All very clean. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant the food was OK. Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant had no beers. The only choice was several lagers or Guinness. Fortunately Greenwich is well served by good pubs.

The hotel is nicely situated in the middle of regenerated Greenwich which is now one of the best areas of London to stay as a visitor. It is also very convenient for concerts at the o2. Lovely hotel in great location for DLR and access to all the sights in London either by tube, bus or clipper. Rooms are bright, airy and clean. Bar and restaurant are homely with very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Our second stay.
