Charged me without contacting me that something had been damaged. When I contacted them to sort it out the customer service I received was unacceptable, they were adament that I had done it without considering what I had told them.

good location to stay - only 20 minutes on DLR to Bank. Free parking and no congestion charge - room was basic but clean - check in quick and staff helpful - good value for money - breakfast reasonably priced.

A quick over nighter on my way through London. The Hotel is within walking distance to London City Airport, which was great. The rooms are very basic but clean and I found the bed to be fairly comfortable. The staff at the reception were great! A good choice if your looking for basic amenities and close to the airport!

The rooms were clean and cleaning everyday. People in the reception were really nice and always helpful (especially a young lady in the reception kept always a nice smile) Selling sandwiches, drinks was even after midnight (!) – it was appreciated The hotel is not far from Excel and for people attending for conferences is quite good localization.

All you need for a stay to catch the early flight from City Airport. When we went it took longer than the 7/8 minutes walk to/from the DLR station which is a few metres from the terminal.
