Stopped in this location for a sporting event. Excellent value for money, Very clean rooms with Kingsize bed & single bed in family room. Very friendly staff & close to Kew gardens. Car park £7.50 a day which isn't bad in London. Nice & warm in room even when snow outside. Premier Inn never fail to deliver. More

The welcome was friendly and efficient. The receptionists are happy to order taxis and give local knowledge. The hotel was well appointed, clean throughout, and well maintained. The food was good quality, well presented. The staff throughout the hotel were very courteous and efficient. We will certainly stay again The only downside was the parking; the parking was undercover but... More

The best I have stayed in so far. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and relaxing with all that you need for a short stay. We did not use the restaurant as feel the cost of the breakfast for what we have experienced in past PI's was not worth it. There are plenty places in the... More

We staued on a Sunday night and it was very quite - in the hotel and locally. I stayed with my partner and Mum pending a hospital visit in London the following day and it couldn't be faulted for our purposes. Clean and tidy rooms, no noise, comfortable bed and attentive staff. The car parking is provided in an underground... More

This is a run-of-the-mill Premier Inn, rooms, restaurant, bar etc - all typical Prem. But this hotel is boiling hot all year round. Dont ask me why, even in winter the rooms are like saunas! So, in Summer - its unbearable. My Air Con didnt work and last Summer all A/C was off or disconnected. Apart from the surface of... More

Just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Welcoming and friendly staff, clean, but spartan, rooms, ordinary but acceptable food. This seems to be a Premier Inn headed by a good management team who run it with production-line efficiency and conform perfectly to the formula. Parking is provided in a shared underground car park and costs £7.50 a night. There... More

Having stayed at many Premier Inn's I wasn't disappointed with their Kew/Brentford offering. Located just on the Brentford side of Kew Bridge, it's ideally situated for visits to Kew Gardens or Richmond. Service was as expected, polite, efficient and helpful. There is parking at this location but it's charged at £8.50 per night but we we informed by the receptionist... More

I stayed a great deal between August and December 2011 on business, and i can honestly say that Customer Service in this Premier Inn is second to none. The staff cannot do enough for you and i would not hesitate in returning for pleasure. It is 20 minutes away from central London by Tube, and the local bus services operate... More
