“Unsatisfactory”

As a professional who has stayed in a variety of hotels all across theUK I was extremely disappointe with the service provided. Location, rooms were of a high standard and clean and inviting with iron, tv and coffee facilities, desk etc. Unfortunately in this day and age to have to pay for wi-fi is appalling.

“Extremely Comfortable Hotel With Excellent Service”

One of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in with regards to an undisturbed night's sleep. Clean throughout, super breakfast, excellent service, great location for London City Airport and especially good value of a weekend.
