The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed - great bathroom. It was not huge but quite adequate for a short city break. Excellent to have a microwave, plates and wine glasses provided.
Hotel was bright and modern. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. short walk from Bayswater tube stattion. Would stay there again

It's been a few months since we've stayed at the Hyde Park International so was nice to be greeted by the staff welcoming us back.
We had an issue where our booking had been accidently cancelled by head office, but the very helpful hotel staff sorted it out with minimal fuss and we were in our room in no time....
