I have stayed at this hotel five or six times in the last couple of years and it remains a very good value and is consistently very good in overall quality. It's not a 4 star hotel, but if you want a nice staff, nice sized rooms, clean facilities, comfortable bed and a good City of London location - this... more

I was very impressed by this hotel. The rooms were very big and clean. The location is very near Tower Hill station and about a ten minute walk from Bank Station where my meeting was. I was however most impressed by the service that was provided. All the service was impeccable. The staff couldn't seem to do enough for my... more

This hotel was very handy for access to the O2 arena. It cost 25quid to get there by taxi. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable - not worth the extortionate rates tho - but I guess thats what you pay at New Year when everyone flocks to Ldn. The staff were very very helpful when we asked to check... more

An excellent hotel, especially for price. Our room was larger than other hotel chains, plus the children had a single bed each. Breakfast was very good but the restaurant does get busy about 9am, you may have to queue. Location was perfect for us, being so close to the Tower of London and tube. The service was exceptional, everyone was... more

28th-30th Nov 2009. I have never stayed in a Premier Inn before. I have always been in favour of spending money in pricey boutique hotels featured on Mr. and Mrs. Smith etc. However, from the moment we checked in we immediately noticed how modern and clean the hotel was. It was spotless and very spacious - everything you want from... more

I highly recommend this hotel - inexpensive (for London), close to the Tower Bridge and many forms of public transport, it's a great place to stay. Clean, nice rooms with VERY friendly and helpful staff. This isn't a fancy hotel, but I received the kind of service you would expect at an expensive hotel - very well done. Stayed six... more

I stayed at this hotel with my 13yr old daughter, a treat for her birthday. We had a huge, comfortable twin room on the 5th floor. The bathroom was also big and had a decent shower and bath. We ate in the Bar in the evening after a long days sightseeing and shopping and the prices were really reasonable -... more

A five minute walk to Tower Hill tube station, we could see the Tower of London from our room. Room was clean and spacious with a double bed and two singles. Bathroom was a clean with toilet, sink and a wonderful shower(no bath). All staff were friendy and the breakfast was good. Even though there is a train line running... more

This place is fantastic. Just a five minute walk from tower hill tube. I walked it in the dark with my daughter and felt safe. The staff were lovely and the room was fantastic. Massive room with lovely comfy bed. Totally clean and a fab bathroom too. Only little moan is the rubbish pillows but everything else was perfect. Downstairs... more
