Dear latinmeadow25
I am pleased to learn that you enjoyed your dining experience in our AA Rosette Winning Lambourne Bar & Grill, and found the team at Antoinette Wimbledon to be excellent.

The first two days were good. The room was clean - staff were great. (Single room a little small).
The second time I came for a week with my wife.
She found the area outside the hotel a little disconcerting since it is very much a town environment.
The room was very clean, had a small settee, the bed was...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am pleased that you found your room to be cleaned to a high standard, and enjoyed the benefits of the king size bed and sofa in the spacious Executive Double room at the rear of the hotel. All rooms at the hotel are fitted with triple glazing,...

I recently stopped over at the Antoinette, and rather enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, the food at the hotel was excellent, breakfast was excellent, eggs cooked to order, plenty of coffee. I ate the restaurant next door , the steak was delicious. I thought the staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble, with them looking out...

The Antoinette is the only regular hotel in the Wimbledon area, apart from a luxury country house hotel and a few small bed-and-breakfast establishments. But it's quite well situated, 10-15 minutes walk from Wimbledon and South Wimbledon stations and directly on several bus routes, with a reasonably sized free car park and easy access from the A3. Accommodation is comfortable...

Stayed for a couple of nights in November, as our daughter's at college in Wimbledon. There's such a small choice of places to stay. On the plus side there is free parking and our 'superior' room was large, with a balcony and good view. On the negative side, the sealant round the bath had black mould, the shower screen was...

Dear AJT-York-England,
As the Guest Relations Manager, I would like to thank you for bringing to our attention the issue you experienced with the shower screen, which I am pleased to confirm has been rectified. Our rates are inclusive of car parking and wi-fi access, but following feedback from guests it was decided that breakfast should be excluded allowing flexibility...

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in November 2011. We booked one executive twin room and one single. The total stay rates per room were £318 and £208 respectively. The twin room was extremely large with a large windowed bathroom en suite. The rooms had wall-mounted air conditioning units, tea and coffee-making facilities and satellite TV and radio....

Dear Professorcooke_11,
I am pleased that you found our rates good value, especially in view of our great location within easy reach of the town, and stations, and the fact that they include secure car parking.
Our twin rooms are very spacious, and the beds are purchased from Hypnos, suppliers to the Royal Family. All rooms are fitted with triple...

We attended a wedding at this hotel at the weekend and had a great time. We booked the cheapest room, but were upgraded on arrival at no extra cost. The room was very clean and had everything required for a weekend. The bed was so comfortable that we found it hard to get up! The staff were very friendly and...

Most of the hotels in and around London are overpriced and don't measure up to the standards which you can expect in the rest of Europe. A 3 star in England is about the same as 1 Star everywhere else. Breakfast in this hotel is £12.50 wheras 2 minutes up the road you can get a fantastic breakfast for £4.00.

Dear HemryJobus,
I am pleased to learn that you found the level of housekeeping to be of a high standard. I would like to assure you that during a recent inspection the hotel exceeded the requirements of a four star hotel, and that star ratings do not vary according to location or proximity to London. Our Full English and Continental...

Ok hotel as we got a good discount, however had I have paid the full amount I would not have been a happy customer. We had a superior room with a balcony - room clean but very dated, bathroom needs an update, towels clean but a little grey. Breakfast was extra so we didn't bother as even with a discount...

Dear Pennington32,
I am pleased to learn that you benefited from an extremely preferential rate, for a spacious Superior Room with king size bed, sofa, and private balcony. I was surprised to read your comment regarding the extractor fan, as these are not located near these rooms. The hotel does not include Breakfast in it's rates, as this allows guests...

I stayed at this hotel for my boyfriends 21st birthday. It was located along a main high street in Wimbledon, with plenty of restaraunts and convenience stores. The tube station was a short 10 minute walk away from the hotel, and the tube ride was easy into central London. It is a great location if you don't want to be...
