My wife and I just returned from a one week stay at The Grand at Trafalgar Square. The location is fantastic with easy access to the Underground, bus and train stations. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again if we return to London. More

It's a really lovely hotel, but the big disappointment for us was the fact that there doesn't appear to be anyone servicing the room, e.g. bed making, changing towels etc. It's more than a little shabby considering that the final bill was £404 for two nights.
