Wow what a wonderful find in the middle of London. The staff were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. I had to bring my son to Great Ormond St Hospital for tests over 5 days a week before Christmas and my goodness the the staff looked after us. The service was faultless and so so kind. Nothing was too... More

We were here in the fall and I thought I'd share our experience. The hotel is just around the corner from the Russell Square tube stop--perfect for getting into town quickly. The reception was friendly and extremely helpful in providing maps, directions and tips for things to do. The room was airy (we were on the back of the building)... More

We love this location in back of the grand old Russell Hotel overlooking Russell Square and just around the corner from the Russell Sq. Tube stop. Our very pleasant twin room with bath overlooked Guildford St. but was very quiet, airy, and had all the comforts we could ask for. The staff was very helpful and breakfasts offered varied from... The Gerra's who managed the hotel for years have gone. The new management (part of the same family) are trying to update the place and modernize it, but the price has almost doubled in the past couple of years and they still have a long ways to go. Breakfast was still very good, and they tried their best to keep... More

The room I reserved was occupied and one person of my group has to sleep alone in other room. The staff was not friendly and We received no apologize for the mistake. I think it's a bad way to start. Our room was clean but noisy. Great location and good breakfast. More

We spent there three days -3 people- this November. This Celtic B&B looks a bit worn, it has no elevator which means that coming down from the 3rd. floor with luggage becomes a “dangerous thing to do”. We requested a room for 3 with bathroom and it was the best of all, large enough to fit the three of us... More

The Celtic is right around the corner from the Russell Square tube stop--perfect for getting around London. We had a quiet, en-suite room, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was filling. The coffee is good and strong and got me through the days! More

I needed somewhere as close to Queen Square as possible while my son was in hospital there, the Celtic Hotel was literally 200 paces from door to door! It is 12 minutes easy walk from Euston station. The Celtic, 2 georgian townhouses, has a kind of charming old fashioned feel, very homely and no mod cons at all, but as... More

It was nice to receive personal service when making arrangements. Before I left I found that I needed to reduce my number of days at this hotel, and I got an instant reply to my e-mail confirming that this was okay and that they were expecting me. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for a... More

I would like to highly recommend this place. It is very clean and the quality in proportion to the price is very high. On top of that the location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the tube station russel square and it is situated in blooming Bloomsbury. Tot end it, the lady of the hotel is... More
