Reception staff were pleasant and efficient which was a good start. Parking facilities were excellent with plenty of room for everyone.

this hotel used to be the dire 'Ramada Norwich', has changed its name and is now the dire Mercure Norwich. Avoid, hot rooms, indifferent staff, smelly towels, worn and tired.
