Me and a friend stayed here for a last minute stay over for a friends birthday it was in the centre of Norwich, a short walk from the cathedral. We stayed for two night and had dinner on the first night. The food was superb, the service friendly and the Queen Consort room truly palatial. Highly recommended for a weekend treat. Oh, and after we left we had a letter from the owner thanking us for staying which I thought was a very nice touch. More

4 of us went for a weekend wedding in Norwich and stayed here. Friday night we had an excellent meal and the breakfasts were super. Service quality excellent with a very appreciated touch of humour. Altogether well worth it. More

This is a small and very quirky hotel, but really rather good. The rooms are crammed full of antiques but are very comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced. Entry is via a small garden and through the kitchen, which is a little odd, but again ... quirky. If travelling by car, beware - the archway to access the car park... More
