dirty dirty place, matress stained with everything imaginable. carpet covered in allsorts of filth. The ceiling had a hole, badly decorated with bodged patching up.Close to town which is good but not at closing time when the drunks come past shouting and arguing.

Sadly reiterate other reviews. Biggest problem was actual structure of building. It sounded like herds of elephants trampling around the place at night. No duvets. Large number of rooms out of use. Breakfast of low quantity /quality. .Don't know an answer...probably demolish and change to housing.
