We travel to Whitby a lot and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The welcome by Freda and Dave was lovely and the tea and scones were a lovely added extra. very clean , recently decorated, quiet area, free parking, short walk to the beach and town center, Freda and Dave were so welcoming, friendly , chatty bubble hosts, room was spaceous and clean, very comfy bed, exellent en suite facilitys, will visit again when Bonnie is over again

Freda and Dave made us feel very welcome very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.It was lovely and clean and the food was really good would stay there again.Freda and Dave had thought of everything.And when we arrived tea and scones were waiting for us.You can't get any better than that :)

We visited Whitby last week end, and were lucky enough to have chosen Rosewood as our base.
