we were treated very well and very courteously.it did what it says on the label.we have stayed here before and would recommend this hotel to anyone be it holiday makers or business they get it right for everyone.

we stayed at this Premier Inn on a trip to York for my Daughters 10 th birthday all staff were friendly even brought her a muffin with candle at breakfast...room was spotless only downside was a football team staying that night was very noisey kids and parents!!! But would def go back.

One night stay whilst visiting York. Absolutely no complaints - slept well, friendly staff. Even though our room was on the front of the building the traffic noise from the main road was not an issue. Close to the park & ride. Would definitely stay here again. :-)

Check in was very quick, the hotel had all the room keys ready with people's names so there was no fighting over rooms and waiting for people to decided who was going with who. Great hotel with very good and helpful staff on duty. Stayed overnight for a business meeting in the vicinity of where this hotel is. Near a main road but did not hear any noise. About 3 miles out of the centre of York.
