We stayed in the park view, it was our honeymoon, the place was clean and tidy, breakfast very good and filling. Having parking was an added bonus, the short walk into the city was pleasent even in the rain. Would stay at park view again.

I booked a room in this guest house for my mum and friend and they had a lovely stay. A recently refurbished clean room, run by friendly people, good breakfast (shame it's only from 8-9 am) and just a 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Excellent value for money, especially compared to other hotels and B&Bs in York.
