Arrived really late, (1am) Euan the night porter was so helpful, we stayed in room 11 which was quite noisy in the morning from the floor boards above, I mentioned this at reception Graig i think his name was!!and within seconds we were moved to another room (52) perfect!!! Really quite, total value for money :)))))
