this is the best b and b we have ever stayed in. bar none. Jo and Peter were charming and solicitous, despite our arriving back very late indeed from a party nearby. very comfortable bed in room with lovely view spotless and well equipped bathroom, perfect scrambled egss and sausages. would 100% choose coton house if ever in the area.

The previous reviews have said it all - we have never stayed in a better B&B. No five star hotel anywhere could possibly be better. There are not enough superlatives to describe this wonderful place. If you need somewhere to stay near Northampton, look no further.

We've stayed here on many occasions and feel very relaxed and at home at Coton Lodge. Our bedroom is extremely comfortable and spacious and Jo thinks of everything!
